With St. Patrick's Day coming up soon, what better way to celebrate that with the sweet smooth taste of Irish whiskey? For some people who don't like their whiskey neat, a cocktail is a great way to enjoy Irish whiskey. Leo DeGroff, son of legendary "King of the Cocktail" Dale DeGroff, has created a variation on the classic Long Island Iced Tea, which features Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey. Give this one a try at your local Irish pub or make this at home for your St. Patrick's Day celebrations.
