This cookbook is packed with fantastic recipes, but even better, it contains some delicious and creative cocktail recipes. Here is Chef Tourondel's White Peach Julep recipe which features Makers Mark bourbon.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 white peach, peeled, pitted and diced
- 8 fresh mint sprigs
- 2 1/2 oz Makers Mark bourbon
- 1 oz Mathilde peach liqueur
- 2 dashes of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
Preparation:
- Muddle the peach and 7 of the mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker until fragrant.
- Add the Makers Mark bourbon, peach liqueur and bitters.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass with ice and garnish with the remaining mint sprig.
