Glass Guide- Irish Coffee Glass

Jerry Thomas, the father of modern bartending, wrote this recipe for the first bartenders guide ever published, How to Mix Drinks. While a lot has changed since this book first appeared in 1862, Thomas gets credit for many of todays classic cocktails. The Whisky Skin is a simple, elegant and yet long forgotten classic. Try this when the weather starts to get cool and you feel like something simple yet warming. Use a full robust blended Scotch like Johnnie Walker Black Label for best results.
