The Jersey Flashlight takes the genteel Jersey Cocktail and gets a little crazy with fire, yes fire. In the fashion of the Blue Blazer, this classic cocktail puts on a flaming show when it's mixed, and with any of these drinks you need to be especially careful while the drink is on fire.
It is best to mix this drink in a heat-resistant mug, using a very long bar spoon to mix the drink while it's aflame, and have a second mug at the ready to place on top and extinguish the flames.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz apple whiskey
- 1 piece lemon peel
- dash of Angostura bitters
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- hot water to fill
Preparation:
- Pour the first four ingredients into a heat resistant mug.
- Fill with hot water.
- Ignite the mixture with a match and stir while flaming.
- Extinguish by covering the cup with another heat resistant mug.
- Garnish with an lemon peel.
