The Scotch Lassie was chosen as the best cocktail of the November 2010 Scotch Cocktail Contest. It was created by Blair Frodelius, who was inspired by a summer favorite of his, the Mamie Taylor. To update the Scotch drink for the winter, Frodelius has combined a great whiskey with ginger and apricot liqueurs and, for the fizz, went with Prosecco. It's a great drink and a highball you'll certainly want to try.
