The UK Sour is a drink that shows off the beauty of mixing with Scotch. It was developed by New York City Mixologist Damon Boelte of Prime Meats and features a smooth, very mixable whisky in Highland Park's 12 year old expression. To that, Boelte adds cinnamon, apricot, and a touch of red wine. It is an easy drink to mix up and a soothing winter sipper.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Highland Park 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce cinnamon syrup
- 1/4 ounce Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
- Float of red wine
Preparation:
- Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass.
- Float with red wine.
