The Burning Bush is a spin off of the ever-so-popular Hot Toddy. The hot drink was created by Jim Meehan, a New York City mixologist at PDT and the Pegu Club. While the recipe calls for Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey, I preferred it with their smoother blends the likes of Black Bush and (for a luxurious toddy-esque drink) the 1608 anniversary bottling.
