Cherry, coconut, pineapple, and cinnamon come together in this fun cocktail created by Bobby "G" Gleason using Red Stag, Jim Beam's cherry-flavored bourbon. There is a lot going on in here but the ingredients are relatively common and I think Gleason found a nice balance of flavors so nothing is overpowering.
In speaking to Gleason about the drink he said, "Cinnamon and black cherry work really well together." He's right and I have to say of the cinnamon schnapps available, Hot Damn is a great choice here.

Ingredients:
- 1.25 parts Red Stag by Jim Beam™ Bourbon
- 0.5 parts Coconut Amaretto
- 1.5 parts Pineapple juice
- 0.5 parts Funkin Morello Cherry puree
- Splash of Hot Damn!
Preparation:
- Rim a chilled cocktail glass with crushed graham crackers.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into the prepared cocktail glass.
