Included in a collection of cocktails commemorating a few of the headlines from 2007 was this recipe for The Foot Tapper Sting, created by Pat M. of Twin Cities in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It's pretty obvious that this drink refers to a certain (now former) Senator from Idaho, Larry Craig and an August incident in a restroom at the Minneapolis airport. While the drink has significant political satire behind it, it is a fine winter cocktail all the same. If you're a fan of the classic Stinger you'll dig this variation with Canadian whisky.
