The Jameson and Ginger is simple and exactly what it sounds like: Jameson Irish Whiskey and ginger ale. It's a delightful tall drink and is a mix on the theories of the Leprechaun and classic Highball. What this does is display Jameson with in a sweet, tall way that is pleasant, very easy and budget friendly. The lime squeeze is essential, just take a lime wedge, squeeze it over the drink and drop it in.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Jameson Irish Whiskey
- ginger ale
- squeeze of a lime wedge
Preparation:
- Pour the whiskey into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Fill with ginger ale.
- Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink and drop it in.
- Stir.
