Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Knob Creek bourbon
- 2 oz fresh squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
- .75 oz Domaine De Canton ginger liqueur
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- garnish- lime wedge stuffed with candied ginger
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain over ice in a rocks glass
- Squeeze the lime wedge to disperse the candied ginger into the drink
- Serve
