The Kentucky Screwdriver goes by a couple of different names: Black-eyed Susan and Yellow Jacket. The Screwdriver variations just go to show that you can adapt almost any cocktail to your favorite base liquor, this one just happens to show off Kentucky's finest; bourbon.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- orange juice
Preparation:
- Pour the bourbon into a collins glass with ice.
- Top with orange juice.
