If you're looking for a Millionaire cocktail, you may get confused by all of the variations. This recipe is one of the two popular versions, the other being a rum, brandy and sloe gin mix typically referred to as a Millionaire Cocktail No. 1. Both this and that cocktail are excellent classic drinks and each is completely different. This Millionaire is a tempting mix of whiskey, orange, grenadine and raspberry with a wonderfully soothing texture that makes it a great dessert drink.

Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye or bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz orange curacao
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 1 tsp framboise liqueur
- 1 egg white
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and longer than usual to ensure the egg is completely mixed.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
