Ouzo and Drambuie pair up for the low mixed drink called the Mussaka Cocktail. Here we have the potent power of anise-based ouzo with the smooth, rich and malty Scotch-based Drambuie. The finishing touch of a splash of cola, smooths everything out but leaves the liqueurs' undertones to savor. Great for a refreshing lowball, I prefer the flavor of Pepsi here because Coke can be too dominating.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz ouzo
- 1/2 oz Drambuie
- cola to fill
Preparation:
- Build the liqueurs in an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Fill with cola.
