A Scotch & Soda is a wonderful way to enjoy a good Scotch in a mixed drink without disguising it's flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch
- club soda
Preparation:
- Pour the Scotch in a highball glass with ice.
- Top with club soda.
