This will be a hit with your guests and free up valuable time as you can make a pitcher or two of this cocktail ahead of time and allow your guests to serve themselves while you tend to the grill. Try this with some barbecued ribs and I guarantee you'll be mesmerized by how well this cocktail complements the ribs.

Ingredients:
- 4 c water
- 4 black tea bags
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 c fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 c Wild Turkey bourbon (I prefer Wild Turkey 101 in this recipe)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Preparation:
- In a large saucepan, boil 2 cups water.
- Remove from heat; add 4 teabags of black tea.
- Steep 8 minutes; discard teabags.
- Add 2 cups cold water. Transfer to pitcher and chill.
- Add fresh mint leaves. Using a wooden spoon, crush mint until fragrant.
- Stir in Wild Turkey bourbon.
- Serve over ice.
