What is your experience?
Cori has 15+ years in the industry along with administrative, management, advertising and marketing experience.
She recently attended a Certified Bar Trainer Program and is writing a SipSum Cocktailz recipe book looking to be launch in the spring of 2011. Both write for their Column Boozernewz to keep up with social media.
Steve has 15+ years in Bar Management, Sales, and Promotions in Bar's, Pub's and Lounges. His personality is infectious with humour and his demeanor is one to be followed.
Both Cori and Steve have been working together for over 5 years and have had the opportunity to pick up each others quips and make it all happen.
The research has increased the product knowledge, operational standards and is growing into what will one day be an empire.
