September 2011: Infused Spirit Cocktails
Deadline: Saturday September 24, 2011
The theme for the September 2011 cocktail contest is infused spirit cocktails. Your recipe must have at least one distilled spirit infused with flavor. Choose your liquor, choose the flavor, and mix it up. If you are making the infusion yourself (this would be preferred though not required), tell us how long your infusion took. Keep in mind that the drink does have to be original.
If you have created an infused liquor cocktail that you think could grab our panel's attention, submit it. The winning drink will be featured in a spotlight on About.com Cocktails and placed permanently in the cocktail collection.
