Your light rum cocktail recipe.
2 oz Amarula (South African cream liqueur)
1 oz light rum (see advice below)
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
¼ oz lime juice
1 cup ice
nutmeg
Garnishes: pineapple leaves and lime slice, grated nutmeg
Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 cup of ice, and blend until smooth.
Grate fresh nutmeg over the drink and garnish with a pineapple leaves and lime slice

Four years ago, while in Italy, I got caught up in the World Cup festivities. Ever since then, I have followed soccer much more closely, so I was really excited about this summer's World Cup. While watching the matches, I decided to create a World Cup cocktail and this is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it!
Advice
- If you want to really try and stay with the African theme, then try and get your hands on Starr African Rum; an African rum distilled and bottled on the island of Mauritius, which is off the southeastern coast of Africa.
