1 part Hiram Walker Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1 to 1 1/2 parts Voyant Chai Cream Liqueur
1/2 part ABSOLUT Vanilla
Drizzle cold chocolate syrup inside and on rim of martini glass. Dip rim in grated cinnamon to create a golden brown rim.
Pour all ingredients with ice together in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass.
As someone who works closely with the Hiram Walker brand, I thoroughly enjoy the seasonal Pumpkin Spice liqueur for its sweet profile of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. I took a Pumpkin Chai recipe from the Hiram Walker website database and chose to revamp it.
