Hawaiian Sunset
Your pineapple cocktail recipe.
1 part Midori
1 part tequila
2 parts fresh pineapple juice
.25 part fresh lime juice
2 parts lemon lime soda
.5 part grenadine
.
Add the midori, tequila, pineapple juice, and lime juice, to a shaker with ice. Shake hard until very cold, and strain into a glass. Gently stir in soda. Drizzle grenadine over the back of a barspoon.
Garlish with a pineapple wedge and cherry

For this cocktail, I was inspired by the tequila sunrise cocktail and beautiful Hawaiian sunsets :) I also wanted to creat a nice refreshing drink for the summer months. ...............................................................
Advice
- I prefer to use 7-Up, for the lemon lime soda, but you can use any brand you want.
- I prefer Corazon Blanco tequila.
